OEM/ODM

MT Fuel Injector Factory mainly produces the fuel injectors commonly seen in the market for diesel engines, including mechanical fuel injectors and high-pressure common rail fuel injectors. All production and inspection equipment comes from world-renowned international brands in Germany and Italy. Our fuel injectors feature high precision and are of top-notch quality.

The production process can be roughly divided into 9 steps:

Procure various high-quality raw materials. These raw materials include metallic materials (such as stainless steel used for manufacturing components like the injector housing and needle valve), plastic materials (for seals and some insulating parts of the injector), and electronic components (such as electromagnetic coils). The purchased raw materials must meet strict quality standards to ensure the performance and reliability of the final product.
Assemble the fuel injectors.
Clean the components in the pre-assembly stage.
Install the electromagnetic coils.
Assemble the core components and install the needle valve.
Install the spring.
Connect the fuel interface and the electrical interface.
Conduct four quality inspections:
A. Performance testing - Flow testing: Conduct fuel flow testing on the assembled fuel injectors.
B. Spray pattern testing: Use equipment such as high-speed cameras to take pictures when the fuel injector sprays fuel and analyze parameters such as the angle, particle size, and uniformity of the fuel spray.
C. Response time testing: Test the response time of the fuel injector, that is, the time interval from receiving an electrical signal to starting fuel injection and from stopping the electrical signal to stopping fuel injection.
D. Sealing testing, mainly to check whether fuel leaks from various sealed parts of the fuel injector.
Package the products. Packaging materials usually include plastic packaging bags, paper boxes, and foam cushioning materials. The foam cushioning materials are used to protect the fuel injectors from being damaged by vibration and impact during transportation. Labels and instruction manuals: A product label will be attached to the packaging. Meanwhile, a product instruction manual will also be attached.
